1. Service Delivery

Vornozen Technologies commits to delivering services as outlined in the agreed proposal or contract. We strive to meet all deadlines, but timelines may be adjusted in cases of unforeseen circumstances or delays from the client’s side.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, information, and access required to deliver the service. Failure to provide these may result in delays or additional charges.

3. Service Changes

Any requests for changes or additional services must be communicated in writing. We will review the request and provide an updated quote if necessary. Changes may affect the delivery timeline.

4. Termination of Service

Both parties have the right to terminate services with a written notice of 30 days. If services are terminated by the client, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced. Refunds for advance payments will be handled as per the contract terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Vornozen Technologies will not be liable for any damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be settled in accordance with the laws of this jurisdiction.
