2. Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be outlined in your contract or invoice. For custom services or ongoing projects, partial payments or installments may be required as specified in the agreement.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if a cancellation is requested within 14 Days of the service order, subject to the terms outlined in your contract. Services rendered are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

4. Disputed Charges

If you believe there has been an error in billing or payments, please contact us at support@vornozentech.com within 7 days of the charge to resolve the issue.
